If you refer a friend(s) to us, someone who is not already on our list of pledgors, and a new loan is made, you will receive a reward if the card shown below is presented at that time. This reward will be paid only for the first new loan made by someone you refer to Provident. If you are present when the loan is made, the reward will be paid to you immediately. If you are not present, after verification of this card, the reward will be mailed to your address of record.
• If the new loan is over $100 but less than $500, the reward is $20.00
• If the new loan is $500 but less than $1,000, the reward is $40.00
• If the new loan is $1,000 or more, the reward is $60.00
